Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.G.L.RISHWANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15822 of 2017, dated 20.11.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 23.11.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ without any violation and that the investigation is going on.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 23.11.2017 and that the investigation is going on, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15822 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 03/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
