Prayer :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider our representation dated 20.12.2019 and direct the 2nd respondent to issue legal heirship certificate of petitioner father , namely, late S.P.Venkatachalam, S/o.Subbaiah Chettiar including our name along with the respondents 4 to 6 within the time fix by this Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders For Reporting Compliance on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and none appeared for the Petitioner and Mr. M.Ramesh, Government Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, this Court made the following order: "

Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that after considering the petitioner's claim, the Legal Heir certificate was issued on 10.01.2023.
