ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of his review application, dated 05.09.2022.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the review application is pending from September 2022 without any progress despite reminder issued to the first respondent on 11.01.2024.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the review application, dated 05.09.2022 after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
