PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to protect the life and limb of the Petitioner under the hands of the third and fourth respondents as per the representation given by the Petitioner dated 18.12.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to protect the life and limb of the Petitioner under the hands of the third and fourth respondents as per the representation given by the Petitioner dated 18.12.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that on complaint dated 24.09.2019, the petitioner was issued C.S.R No.397 of 2019, and thereafter, detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.12.2019 itself.

3.The petitioner is at liberty to seek police protection before the Civil Court. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands closed.
