ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1050 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu through e-filing mode on 12.03.2022.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the materials placed before this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu is directed to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police in Crime No. 1050 of 2022 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
