Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.PADMA RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD)No.12483 of 2017, dated 29.11.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation in this case has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week, is relaxed.
