Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16463 of 2017, dated 30.11.2017, for executing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner could not mobilize two sureties, he could not produce the same in time.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not mobilize two sureties, he could not produce the same in time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
