Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN.P., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20469 of 2021 dated 21.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering the age of the petitioner and his ailments, the condition is fully relaxed.
