Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHAMUNDI BOSE, Advocate for the petitioner and Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2 According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
