ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to issue Non traceable certificate for the petitioner's sale deed document on the basis of the complaint, dated 24.12.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 24.12.2022 before the respondent police for missing of her original sale deed document bearing No.1128 of 2001 dated 18.06.2001 which was situated at Villipathiri Village, kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District in Patta No.500, Survey No.368/1B, Plot Nos.174, 175, but no action was taken.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 2/4

24.12.2022 is pending.

5. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non-traceable Certificate to the petitioner, after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose following the circular issued by the Director General of Police.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
