Thereafter, for want of jurisdiction, the said case has been transferred to the file of Emaneshwaram police station, Ramnad district.
2.Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition, it he apprehends arrest at the hands of the Inspector of Police Emaneshwaram police station, Ramnad District.
