Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the 4th Respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the property dispute pertaining to the property situated in Old.No.73, New No.66, Survey No.97/2, Meignanapuram Kovil Street, 3rd Ward, Meignanapuram Village, Udangudi Sub Division, Tuticorin District. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the 4th Respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the property dispute pertaining to the property situated in Old.No.73, New No.66, Survey No.97/2, Meignanapuram Kovil Street, 3rd Ward, Meignanapuram Village, Udangudi Sub Division, Tuticorin District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass hir.
