Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling the records of the 2nd respondent i.e., the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Thanjavur region, Thanjavur relating to his letter Na.Ka.No. 5503/2016 Ka(1) Dated: 23.01.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to make payment of the encashment of the leave salary at the credit of the petitioner on the date of superannuation within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
