ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.11 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The petitioner is the accused No.5 in this case. The first accused is the husband of the second respondent and the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the first accused. He married the first accused's sister. There was a matrimonial dispute in between the first accused and the defacto complainant, in which he unnecessarily implicated in this case. Hence, this petition is filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after investigation, on 29.07.2018, charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same is not yet taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.

5.In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
