ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to register a case against the Accused persons on the complaint dated 12.08.2015.

2.The sum and substance of the case is that on 15.07.2015, after returning from job, the petitioner found that his wife Kasthoori and his daughters Thirumaraiselvi and Mariammal are missing; immediately, the petitioner searched the entire village and the house of the relatives and thereafter, he came to know that the petitioner's father-in-law Sundara Naicker and his sister-in-law had kidnapped his wife and daughters. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a complaint before the second respondent police. But still, no action was taken.

3.Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, there is an undertaking by the respondents to look into the matter and to find out the place, where the wife and children are stated to have been sent. 4.Recording the said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
