No.1 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Forest Officer ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 21(d)(e)(f) and 2

(1) of Tamilnadu Forest Act, 1882 and Sections 27 and 29 of Wild Life Protection Act, in S.T.O.R. No.1 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the Court and apply for regular bail. The said submission is recorded. On such surrender and applying for regular bail, the Court below is directed to consider the same on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ merits on the same day of surrender.
