ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaints given by one Howrath Beevi, CSR.No.1140 of 2022 and CSR.No.20 of 2023 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same were ordered to be closed. He would further submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
