PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in C.C.No.37 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai, Karur District in Crime No.04 of 2015, dated 11.05.2015 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone.

ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.37 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai, Karur District.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the criminal case was ended in acquittal on 20.03.2023, by the trial Court in C.C.No.37 of 2016.

3. In view of the submission made by the prosecution this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
