2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.234 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.2074 of 2020 relief to the petitioner does not arise at this stage. It is open to the petitioner to renew his petition after the arrest of A1.
