The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that based on the complaint of the fourth respondent, F.I.R was registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.1395 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 323 and 506(2) of I.P.C and another F.I.R was registered as against the son of the fourth respondent in Crime No.1396 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 306 of I.P.C.
