This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor to consider the petitioner's warrant recall application on the same day which would be filed by the petitioner to recall the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor in C.C.No.348 of 2008.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,13.02.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
