Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings issued by the Respondent in Ref: Corp/Legal/W.P. No. 959/2013 dated 09.01.2014 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondent to pay the difference amount of encashment of earned leave to the petitioner consequent on the revised scale of pay implemented to the petitioner as per the 6th pay commission report along with 18% interest.

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J) Heard Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned counsel for the appellant and Ms.D.Ramya, learned counsel for the respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the issue involved in this writ appeal is clearly covered by the decisions of the Division Bench of this Court dated 25.10.2017 made in W.A.(MD) No.1423 of 2016 and order dated 15.06.2017 made in W.A. (MD) Nos.716 ad 718 of 2017.

3.Following the above rendered decisions, this writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
