(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The writ petition is filed challenging the symbolic possession notice dated 06.01.2022 wherein, the petitioner was given 60 days time to discharge his liability of Rs.50,42,697/-. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the property is a dwelling house and he is willing to deposit 50% of the amount on or before 04.05.2022 in three equal instalments. 3.
