ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry based upon the third respondent complaint.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent has conducted an enquiry and at that enquiry, the petitioner as well as the third respondent represented that the dispute was negotiated and they have entered into a settlement before the elders and that the third respondent further stated that no further action is necessary. Therefore, on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
