O R D E R

Challenge has been made against the refusal check slip issued by the respondent dated 07.01.2026.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have presented the specific performance decree passed in favour of the petitioner in O.S.No.20 of 2011 dated 10.08.2012. However, the same came to be rejected by virtue of the impugned order. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that since certain conditions have not been complied, they were not in a position to effect registration. He would further submit that if the conditions are complied and the 2/5

decree is re-presented, they would register the same in accordance with law.

5.Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, this Court while setting aside the impugned order dated 07.01.2026, directs the respondent to forthwith register the decree passed in favour of the petitioner in O.S.No.20 of 2011 dated 10.08.2012, once it is re-presented by the petitioner herein. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
