ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar West Police Station, Virudhunagar District to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to keep his possession of the properties, situated in Door No.110-114, Nakkeerar Street, Virudhunagar, as intact pursuant to the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District in I.A.No.304 of 1998 in O.S.No.68 of 1998 dated 29.04.1998.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the respondent on line in complaint No.RAG20007033. He further submitted that the second respondent has taken the complaint on file and would submit that proper enquiry will be conducted and if necessary adequate protection will be given to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
