Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 19.05.2020 in Crl.MP(MD) No.4469 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.270 of 2022.
2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
