ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and to file the final report, in Crime No.40 of 2015, within a stipulated period, as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Anbarasan, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already a referred charge sheet has been filed and notice has been affixed in the house of the accused. It

left open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for any relief available to him.
