NO. 24111 of 2016 dated 29.12.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MANI ANANDH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 28.01.2017 and the investigation was over and the case was committed to Sessions Court and is pending in S.C.No.12 of 2017 before the District Court, Ramanathapuram.

3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) , the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the District Court, Ramanathapuram daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter appear before the said Court on receipt of summons, without fail.
