ORDER
The petitioner's request for disbursement of the petition mentioned deposits was negatived by the ninth respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal dated 03.07.2024 before the sixth respondent. 2.The sixth respondent shall dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Interested parties if any shall be put on notice before passing final orders. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
