, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11317 of 2022, dated 24.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai and it has been taken up for trial in C.C.No.767 of 2022.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 11317 of 2022, dated 24.06.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1745 of 2023 report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai on 15.02.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
