2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 300 of 2026 dt. 08.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
