Criminal Revision Case against the judgment of conviction dated 31.03.2016 made in SC NO.238 of 2010 on the file of Mahia Court (Mahila Fast Track Court), Dindigul, for the offence under Sec.306 IPC and sentencing the petitioner for 3 years simple imprisonment with a fine of Rs.2000/-, in default to pay the fine, imposed six months simple imprisonment on the petitioner. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent is also present.
