Having perused the affidavits filed in support of either of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions and having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.129 of 2023 and the respondent in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.74 of 2023, this Court is inclined to allow Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.129 of 2023 and dismiss Page No. 2 of 4

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.74 of 2023. Consequently, H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2022 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Neyveli, Cuddalore District is directed to be transferred to the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2022.
