O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1948 of 2026 in Crl.MP(MD) No.15786 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.891 of 2025, dated 10.11.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 30 days.

3.Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1948 of 2026 in Crl.MP(MD) No.15786 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.891 of 2025, dated 10.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first 2/4
