Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No. 1 to 3 to unseal the sealed premises of petitioner's packaged water unit namely kavi Minerals Situated at S/No. 6/19/2, Kuppilipatty Road, Kudagipathi (Post), Natham Tk, Dindigul District within the time stipulated by this Honble court.
