2017 received from the concerned Court reveals the fact that the petitioner failed to appear before the Court from 28.12.2016 to 25.01.2017. 3.The petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1198 of 2017 is filed to condone the absent days before the concerned Court and the petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.340 of 2017 is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4.As per the direction of this Court, the petitioner paid Rs.800/- to the High Court Legal Service Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and proof of payment is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also filed. Hence, this Court condoned the absent days. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
