ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A4 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 147, 295-A and 296 of I.P.C in Crime No.211 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, The Thakkar of Perumal Temple, Sathankulam, accused herein has collected donations in the name of the temple by issuing fake receipts and misappropriated the amount. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that there is a dispute with regard to the management of the temple and the other accused in this case except the petitioner were already arrested and released on bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the accused 1 and 2 were arrested on 4.9.2015 and released on bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam on 9.9.2015 in Cr.M.P.No.8511 of 2015 and the accused No.3,5 and 6 were granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court in Cr.M.P.No.2799 of 2015 on 23.09.2015. It is further contended that the Petitioner has no bad antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Sathankulam and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.
