ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents 1 to 3 to change the investigation in Crime No.344 of 2015 from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the fifth respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2142 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and filed a Charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai on 30.04.2016 and RCS notice is also served on the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the criminal original petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
