This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.59 of 2012, on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District.

2.It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations and averments as against the petitioners herein and as such, the first respondent Police has to investigate the matter in depth. At this stage, the First Information Report cannot be quashed on its threshold.
