00 pm the accused refused to marry her and thereby committed the offence. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is aged 20 years and after registration of the criminal case, the accused married the defacto complainant on 09.10.2015. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the accused has now married the defacto complainant and they are living as husband and wife. 4.In view of the subsequent developments, the respondent police shall close the case as "further action dropped". Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
