Heard Mr.M.Vigneshwaran, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr.C.Ganeshkumar, learned Counsel for respondent.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 452 days in filing the criminal revision case against the order passed in M.C.No.51 of 2023 dated 08.07.2024 by the learned Family Court, Theni.
3. Mr.C.Ganeshkumar, learned Counsel for Respondent, has stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 452 days in filing the above criminal revision case is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if it is otherwise in order.
