ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the 2nd condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.427 of 2024, dated 22.01.2024, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, that after release, the petitioners should stay at Madurai, appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily twice at 10.30 a.m, and 05.00 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are coolie workers and they have not complied with the said condition for the reason that they are not in a position to travel 300 kilometre from their residence. Hence, they approached this Court for modification. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no objection to modify the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.427 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, dated 2/3

22.01.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
