Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to grant age relaxation to the Petitioner for the recruitment for the post of Junior Tradesman (Electrician) and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to sponsor the name of the Petitioner to the 2nd and 3rd Respondents and inturn the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to allow the Petitioner to participate in the process of interview for the post of Junior Tradesman (Electrician).

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.A.P.Muthu Pandian appearing for the appellant and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.This appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.11964 of 2012 dated 11.10.2012. It is not disputed by the appellants that similar writ petitions filed against the very same common order were dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court. Thus, following the said decision, this appeal fails and stands dismissed. No Costs.
