ORDER

The petition is filed to depute any other Inspector of Police other than the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.18 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and file a final report in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.18 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 21.09.2015 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
