PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to expedite the disposal of the Criminal Case in CC No.345 of 2018 registered in Crime No.26 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 294(B) and 506(i) IPC within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate - II, Dindigul to expedite the disposal of CC No.345 of 2018.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet was filed in No.345 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Dindigul, before six months itself. However, the trial has not yet commenced. Therefore, the learned Counsel prays for a speedy disposal of the same. 3.Taking into account the fact that the crime number is of the year 2013 and the charge sheet was filed in CC No.345 of 2018 before six months, there will be a direction to the Court below to dispose of the CC No.345 of 2018 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
