This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17774 of 2023 in CRL.R.C(MD)No.1407 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.17774 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1407 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023 is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further time will be given.
