The petitioner seeks police protection for opening the petition mentioned shop. According to the petitioner, the shop is his. It appears that the petitioner's brother had taken money from the fellow villagers and as a result, the petitioner is facing the issue. The petitioner would also allege that the second respondent is supporting the villagers.
