ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.93 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this petitioner was earlier granted bail and after filing final report, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.288 of 2012 and the petitioner appeared before the trial Court for some time and he did not appear on 24.09.2013 and hence, the trial Court has issued Non-Bailable Warrant as against this petitioner and it is pending.

3. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear and surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application and the same may be considered, on merits, on the same day, by the trial Court.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the above direction.
