ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, in Crime number not known of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner and the defacto complainant had appeared before the respondent police on 19.01.2019 and an understanding reached between them and as per the understanding, the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- by 23.02.2019 to the defacto complainant. Recording the same, further action has been dropped by the police.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed.
